As an executive coach, I work one-on-one with my clients to help them develop clarity and vision around their careers and their lives. This gives way to increased inner peace and well-being. My background as an emergency physician gives me insight and understanding that is beneficial as I coach other physicians and business professionals.
I work with clients in a variety of ways. Most often it is an issue or pain point they would like help navigating. Other times it is working on short or long-term development around professional or personal goals.
