My Journey
In our productivity-driven society, it's easy to find yourself with the accelerator down, losing sight of the present while chasing the future. When I hit the brakes in my own life, I rediscovered my purpose and true calling. This revelation sparked a profound transformation in my professional journey.
As a board-certified Emergency Physician, I thrived on using quick assessment skills and decisive thinking to care for patients in their most vulnerable moments. At the bedside, I found deep meaning in providing critical care and connecting with patients during some of life's most difficult hours. Yet, despite my success and love for emergency medicine, I realized this career wasn't allowing me to fully embody the person I aspired to be beyond the hospital walls.
In 2021, I made the courageous decision to resign from my position as an emergency physician. This pause allowed me to reconnect with my family, engage in meaningful personal growth work, and discover an unexpected but powerful new calling.
My Approach to Coaching
Today, as an executive coach, I find profound fulfillment in partnering with physicians and business professionals on their journeys of self-discovery and professional growth. My philosophy is simple yet powerful: within each challenge lies a seed of possibility. When I'm not coaching, I embrace life's precious moments with my family. I find deep fulfillment in my cherished roles as a mother and wife. My passion for experiencing different cultures and landscapes has taken me across the globe, each journey adding new perspectives to my life.
Though my roots trace back to the rolling hills of Tennessee, I now call the Pacific Northwest home. My family and I frequently venture into the wilderness, surrounded by nature's majesty, finding renewal and inspiration in its beauty.
